
EverStrong is an 8-week small-group fitness programme designed specifically for adults in midlife and beyond.
We focus on building strength for longevity — helping you maintain muscle, improve balance, and move with confidence in everyday life.
Each 45-minute session combines:
- Safe, functional strength training
- Balance and coordination work
- Gentle mobility drills
- Post-session cool down, coffee, and chat
To help you feel capable and confident — whether that’s climbing stairs with ease, carrying shopping bags, or keeping up with the grandkids.
Strength comes in many forms. After each class, you’re invited to stay for a relaxed coffee and chat — a chance to unwind, meet others, and be part of the Beyond Walls community. For some this post-class connection becomes one of their favourite parts of the week.
Because age is inevitable - but frailty is not.

Not at all! EverStrong is designed for beginners and those returning to fitness. Every exercise is tailored to your ability level — you’ll be supported every step of the way.
Comfortable clothing, trainers, and a water bottle. We’ll provide all the equipment.
Yes — you can choose our EverStrong Half membership if you’d prefer one session per week...and you don't have to stick to the same day each week, you can choose according to your schedule
Our hope is to continue EverStrong into the new year! We’ll review the group’s progress at the end of the block and keep the sessions running if there’s demand.
Absolutely! Training is always more enjoyable with a friend. Just ask them to register for the free trial/sign up as well.
Generally yes, but if you have any health conditions that are of concern, please consult with your doctor and let our coaches know before class. We’ll discuss any limitations and adapt movements to keep you safe and supported.
All classes are held at Beyond Walls, our purpose-built training facility in Cookham, SL6 9RF. There’s plenty of parking, easy access, and changing facilities available
